Most recently, I was part of the solution design team to create our first sprint-based solution; designed to enable our clients to quickly go from defining their key segments, to building their digital assets and running experiments in less than 12 weeks while measuring and optimizing the overall performance. As a entrepreneur-in-residence and cross-pollinator at BDC, I was part of the founding Futur(e)Space Innovation team, we created the first & most innovative co-learning space at BDC head office in Montreal, Quebec. The pilot project became streamlined into operation and was moved to the executive floor of BDC in year 2. Now, the space is used to hold unique events involving the senior management team and local innovation economy of Quebec. Past events featured guest speakers from La Presse, McRock Capital, Microsoft among others. Futur(e)Space team was part of the original design team to think and visualize BDC 3.0. I was also responsible for another BDC Innovation initiative called Growth Labs. The program was designed to run experiments using data visualization and data intelligence to benchmark and capture key insights to help internal/external stakeholders improve businesses with their growth challenges using key tools, improved processes and best practices to better capture opportunities. The insights captured from Growth Labs was used to design and enhance a new solution called Promotion Results. Since it's launch, it has become one the best selling BDC advisory solutions, to date, helping businesses optimize their growth.
Devised a digital strategy with a keen focus on grassroots tactics to help raise awareness through the initial growth phase of the PIE® Program. Facilitated the design & growth of Prepr's Change Maker & Catalyst Volunteer Program, as well as the recruitment of Prepr Advisors. Managed various OpenPrepr Initiatives including the creation of The PIE® Book & Sector-Specific Challenge Programs with the help of more than a hundred Change Makers, Catalysts & Advisors. On-going management of Strategic Technology Partnerships to establish Prepr & PIE®.
Helped design, develop, and deliver the original digital marketing framework for BDC's ICT Pilot Program. Originally, the initiative was a part of the Federal Government's Action Plan to increase ICT adoption by Canadian Businesses in order to become more competitive. Devised a new digital marketing diagnostic solution for SMEs after realizing a gap between our standard diagnostics and internet marketing strategy consulting products. In less than 2-years, our team helped over 300+ SMEs digitize their growth through an integrated approach using technology and marketing while focusing on their key performance indicators (KPIs). Since launch, the program has since evolved and become part of the core BDC integrated advisory offerings including brand, omni-channel e-commerce, market intelligence, sales process engineering, business model innovation, operational efficiency, business strategy and integrated promotional marketing plans. As part of the founding BDC blog team, I actively collaborated in a cross-functional marketing team to help determine content planning and strategy including tools, topics, tactics, content & media formats idea, and channel experiments to optimize engagement.
