Key Contributions/Responsibilities: ========================= • Currently working as contractor for ExxonMobil and responsible for project oversight for numerous activities including rig moves, safe lifting operations & plans, PTW/JSAs, monitoring work assigned to staff in office and designing and implementing company’s safety plans • Coordinating with plant supply chain teams, leadership executives to establish a standardized approach towards deployment of supply chain related activities concerning all aspects of material and information flow • Ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 standards including all applicable environmental management standards,maintaining sourcing procurement plans for assigned projects, conducting root cause analysis • Working actively as Logistics Shutdown Coordinator for ExxonMobil (All Degassing Stations) as contractor at West Qurna 1–field operations and responsible for the safe and expeditious management of all shutdowns • Ensuring all necessary resources including plant equipments, materials and manpower are available on site adjacent to work phases prior to shut down • Organizing and participating in shutdown meetings, providing input to HAZOP & HAZID and following up on daily progress during shutdown implementation phase • Modifying material flow processes, layout of equipment's and coordinating with contracting manager for preparation of new bids especially for EMIL • Managing supply of materials, diesel and heavy industrial rental vehicles/equipments to ExxonMobil and Kentz (WQ-I) and Baker Hughes in North Rumaila • Working also as a Site Logistics/Equipment Engineer and handling all logistics operations including movement of steel structure and supervision of lifting operations going on in WQ-I of Kentz • Liaising between departments, allocating vendors of materials, equipment or supplies and determining the product availability and terms of sales, price negotiation, delivery lead time and capacity of goods and services
