In this role, I led the business planning, strategy and execution of multi-million dollar digital pathology initiatives including: enterprise-wide practice digitization, building a digital front door to expand access to new markets, developing and implementing portfolio of AI applications in the clinical practice and the strategic planning for digital pathology platform. I also drove efforts to leverage digital pathology solutions for organizational growth and to create a seamless experience for providers and patients.
I led various enterprise-wide projects in strategic planning, service line design, technology enablement, process re-engineering and optimization and patient onboarding. Notable accomplishments include: * Development of institutional AI Playbook to support AI development and implementation programs across Mayo Clinic * Design and execution of AI Innovation Program in Department of Radiology to support development, implementation and commercialization of AI algorithms; as part of this program, I led the implementation of AI algorithms in the clinical practice and developed an FDA compliant quality management system * Development of business and operational plan for delivery of novel therapeutics at Mayo Clinic including gene and viral therapy, phage therapy and synthetic microbial therapy * Process optimization for Mayo Clinic GeneGuide (Mayo's first D2C genomic product) operations and patient experience and process redesign for clinical trial offerings
Genoa Telepsychiatry is a subsidiary of United Healthcare (UNH). As Director, I drove strategy, operations, management and growth of telepsychiatry programs in multiple community settings across 30 different states. I was also responsible for building and scaling my operations team and driving value based program offerings.
I managed high-growth telepsychiatry programs and our provider network, developed systems, processes and dashboards for program management, SOPs for customer operations and client management and launched a care coordination model that leveraged Genoa's telepsychiatry and pharmacy expertise for optimal patient care experience.
Led business development, process engineering and optimizations and revenue cycle management initiatives.
