Spearheaded the creation of a comprehensive security charter, strengthening the organization's security posture across network, code, and runtime layers with zero exceptions and 100% coverage. Developed and implemented a full-scale incident response strategy from scratch, including ITMS tooling; reduced MTTA from 10 minutes to 30 seconds and MTTR to under 3 hours, significantly improving response efficiency. I architected and deployed infrastructure to support multiple model development teams, leveraging Kubeflow for orchestrated model pipelines and MLflow for robust experiment tracking and management. By optimising GPU utilisation—introducing mechanisms to selectively bring GPUs online in response to data availability—I enabled our teams to reduce inference costs by 30% through latency-aware scheduling and resource allocation. Additionally, I designed and established an on-premises datacenter equipped with 12 NVIDIA GPUs, successfully migrating and scaling our multimodal training workloads to this environment, thereby improving compute efficiency and operational control.
