Sandra Cantero Rabanillo's current jobs
Working as a backend developer on a web application called "Cloudglass" that manages and bills multi-cloud services and monitors other managed services offered by Equinix Spain, using API Rest programming in Python under the Django framework. We work with Agile methodology in our daily work, as well as with microservices environments. As a responsible of the code of the aws reselling billing part in this project, I developed a new csv processor in Python with pandas using my knowledge with large datasets, which reduced processing time by 50% increasing service availability, and allowing the processing of accounts with higher billing and less infrastructure costs. At the billing level, I created new processing methods for the most critical aws cloud services that enabled accurate and more understandable billing for customers, building customer loyalty and increasing new customers incoming by 30% in the last two years. By getting customers to better understand their bills, it has been possible to incentivize customers to purchase new Reserved Instances benefiting their own consumption and increasing their billing with us by 25% on average. As a senior member of the developer team, I work maintaining and updating the cloud architecture of the application, participating in the description and specification of new features, and in the whole CI/CD process with Gitlab and Docker/Docker Swarm (development and testing, QA, production release) and error handling in any area (architecture, code, database, systems, etc.) that may affect the application.
