We assist insurance agency executives, owners and principle in their efforts to "turbo charge" their revenues(including Internet/social media solutions), improve customer service/employee productivity, implement or improve financial management & planning, agency ownership perpetuation planning(including executive search), agency mergers & acquisition(we represent buyers & sellers). We also work with agencies & carriers/reinsurers, etc. to develop proprietary insurance products. Moreover, we represent insurance industry vendors(software, employee outsourcing, actuerial & accounting firms, third party claims administors, etc.) who wish to leverage our relationships/network to bring their products/services to insurance agencies, carriers, etc. We work with private equity firms & others looking to invest in the insurance industry. Finally, we welcome inquiries from insurance industry veterans who are between their "corporate careers & retirement" and wish to either work on some of our projects or start their own independent practice/company.
