• The role involves building strong partner relationships in order to set up and deliver National Citizen Service (NCS) with The Challenge. • I have had to prepare locally grounded community projects, plan logistics and train summer staff for the delivery of the programme. • Monitor and respond to all risks and issues at programme level and ensure they are managed and escalated accordingly. • Line-manage and motivate a team of up to 20 people, and oversee their personal development process. • Overseeing the logistics throughout the delivery of the programme e.g. liaising with community partners, venues and coordinating coach and minibus transport. • Developed my ability to manage and prioritise a large workload.
