We all have our reason why... As a Facilitator, Licensed Life Coach and Educator it is my mission to offer a space which encourages knowledge of self to help heal and grow. Described as an energy center, I help individuals RECLAIM who they are by challenging habits and behaviours which no longer serve them powerfully all whilst having FUN exploring purpose, passions and life. I believe that our daily lives represent the respect we have for ourselves, others and our surroundings - look after you and you will be able to look after others! I have worked within both educational and therapeutic settings - children to retired adults and from all walks of life. From being an explorer of the world to setting up a successful well-being business over the past 3+ years I now work with individuals who are ready to take action! You are ready to begin your personal voyage with me if you are ready to step off the repetitive cycles, have tried and tested alternative approaches but ready for something new, you are ready to take back control and live a life that leaves you feeling pure JOY!
