Sarah Parker

Starting my career in the first-party property claims industry in 2015, I obtained my Minnesota Public Insurance Adjuster license, and founded the adjusting firm Parker Public Adjusting. As a Board Member of NAPIA, member of United Policyholders' RISC, and an American Policyholder Association member, I'm an advocate of professional, and consumer education, alike. Pursuing extensive training in claims management from various attorneys, SPPA-designated Public Adjusters, and experts in other fields, I've developed a professional focus on loss investigation methods for exterior building envelopes, and application of building codes, common construction practice, and workmanlike repairs to establish post-loss repair scopes. For other professional claims-related focuses that I'm particularly passionate about, are historic building methods (especially fine carpentry), all things fenestration, and industry-wide adjuster and other professionals' wellness and education, regardless of whether a professional works for a carrier, policyholder, or both as an expert. I feel that whole, and healthy professionals are one piece of continued improvement for the insurance industry, as well as as a whole.
