I have worked in laser industry as a laser system intigrator engineer in laser industry My role in is field is to Install ,sell and maintain high power Nd:YAG laser,CO2,Robot&CNC used for laser welding,cutting,trimming,marking,drilling&hardening system .I have performed customized automation according to the customers requirement. I am more familiar with Nd: YAG laser (GSI group JK laser U.K),CNC &ABB robotics and also I have installed more than seven high power lasers all over India. d. All this installation was done of synchronizing the following:  Optical axis alignment between the mirrors (PUMPING CHAMPER),  Fiber input housing Fiber optics alignment,  Beam spot alignment,  Laser power curve calibration of adjusting the power supply output,  Laser communication embedded node parameter setup  Interfacing software with Laser output to CNC or Robot.  Advance interface connection & protocol setup  Hardware communication cable between (Laser &CNC or Robot).  Pilot beam & camera alignment for focus point,  Cutting head optics alignment,  CNC , ROBOT,CHILLER & STABILIZER installation  After achieved the above said skilled effort were made to meet the costumers need on the application point of view. f. Service:  Able to analyze not only any type analog or digital Circuits but also all type of Lasers, cnc & robot eventually track down the issues and Fix it ASAP. g.
