 Generation of Maintenance schedule to carried out routine / schedule and Turnaround Jobs.  Prepare and review engineering plans, designs and circuit diagrams for projects.  Development of BOQ, Specifications, Tender document, Design scheme of LV and MV switchgears / substation for supply arrangement.  Development of BOQ & specification of electrical related items like Switchgear, cables, glands, DBs, Conduits, Lighting, Cable trays, JB’s, ELV system, etc. Also generation of Load List.  Development of Power, Control (Multi-Core) & Lighting cable schedules after Detail Engineering.  Maintenance / Hands on experience of MV switchgear (Unigear), LV switchgear (MNS3.0 & Blogset), MV/LV Transformers (Oil Type / Dry Type, ABB & Schneider), as per IEC 62271, 61850 etc.  MV/LV cable sizing.  Design review, Installation, Testing and commissioning of ELV Systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV & Telephone)  Review scope of work for Electrical scope for different packages pertaining to Plant.  Short circuit and load flow study calculation using ETAP.  Supervision and coordination with site team for Installation activities of Electrical Items.  Review and coordinating civil drawings with electrical drawings as part of design review.  Having good command on SAP by Generating PR, Notifications, Orders, Inspection Lots, Material Management etc.  Development of Power & control cable route layouts, substation layouts, cable tray route layout, lighting layouts, Earthing layouts & other related design docs.  Project and construction time lines reviews and follow up. Also development of As-Built drawings.  Direct coordination with Consultants, Contractors, Sub-Contractors and inter-departmental teams to ensure timely execution.  Estimate cash flow for project. And also Budget estimation.

Job Description - Development of F.E.E.D and Detail Engineering design documents and Development of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical items including technical specification, datasheets, scope of work, etc. - Development of Schematics, SLD, Load List, Cable Schedule, power and control cable route layouts, lighting layouts, Earthing layouts & other related design documents. - Design review basic & detailed engineering documents pertaining to Electrical items / equipment of different packages. - Making Tender Document, Bid Evaluation, & development of bid evaluation reports. - Review and vetting of vendors/ EPC Contractors drawings and documents. - Supervise/coordination with site installation/construction & commissioning team. - Cost estimations & Man-hour calculation & proposal makings.
