Grew the company’s infrastructure to support four distinct services areas, encompassing airworthiness & certification, digital engineering, digital manufacturing, and digital aviation. • Oversee day-to-day operations, customer care, and new business development with full P&L responsibility. Accelerated revenue from zero to $20M annually and achieved a 50% expansion of the consulting team in 2019. • Manage Collinear Group’s largest client relationship with The Boeing Company, achieving consistent recognition as a Boeing Performance Excellence Award winner every year from 2014 to 2018. • Executed top-level consulting engagements and served as Mission Director at Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) for the 787 program Operations Control Center. Led the 787 entry into service support, tracked issues and problems, and monitored solutions within the supplier and Boeing systems teams.
