The opportunity to start my own professional services IT consulting business has offered me the chance to serve and cater the following main projects and clients: 1. OCS (Office of the Commissioner of Insurance of Puerto Rico) – Which has retained and contracted my services as IT Director of Operations for their liquidation offices in San Juan Puerto Rico currently managing the liquidation of over 5.3 million dollars in IT assets and resources for three major healthcare insurance providers. 2. PHM Health Care Solutions, Inc. (E-Health Partners, Inc.) – Jose and Roberto Bengoa former owners and presidents of PMC (Preferred Medicare Choice) which was sold in 2006 to MMM for $250,000,000 have retained and contracted my services as Principal Information System Auditor in charge of the quality and compliance of their most recent $3,000,000 investment on an electronic medical record software acquisition. 3. Pharmpix Corp. – Felipe Benedict, Herminio Correa, Jaime Figueroa, and Ivan Lopez Chairmen of the Board of PBM investments in Puerto Rico has contracted my services as IT Director of Infrastructure Technology for their pharmacy benefit management processor at their Metro Office Park offices in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. As infrastructure director it was required to design, implement, and project manage multi-disciplinary initiatives side by side with their software engineering team. Client requirements were gathered and transformed into functional strategic infrastructure solutions.
