Scott Fagan

Seven county pro-business advocacy and membership organization with $10 million to $14 million in revenues. Serves as Corporate Secretary and Treasurer and as one of three corporate officers and one of seven on the executive leadership team of the organization. Communicate and report to multiple boards of directors. Manage all accounting systems and finance functions and financial reporting for five entities including preparation of monthly financial statements and presentation to the Board of Directors and the Finance and Audit and Compensation Committees. Supervise human resources, information technology processes, and facilities. Provide recommendations to develop and implement operating policies and procedures organization wide. Participated in long term strategic planning functions. Engage with and manage annual audit and relationships with external auditors, tax and regulatory agencies. Manage budget analysis and budgeting policies including general ledger, operating budgets, goal setting, and planning for growth. Review division operational plans and procedures for appropriate best practices. Treasury management including cash flow planning. Manage all interactions with legal counsel, insurance and risk management.
