Proven experience in the field of construction management, structural design, building sciences and/or providing environmental engineering Phase 1 and due diligence services. Provide analytic insight that goes beyond visual observations. Gather information to receive actionable information for customers use in mitigation by the property owner, adjust financing terms, or determine insurance requirements. Involved in completing comprehensive PCA site inspection/surveys, Phase I ESA, facility condition assessments, capital improvement programs or commercial real estate data analysis. Manage the complete life-cycle of assigned projects, engage subcontractors and field staff, monitor project progress, and communicate with clients. Technical report writing and preparation of quality “client-ready” documents and files Provide solid recommendations and solutions to relationship managers and clients, while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process. Manage client follow-up, questions, and concerns as required while utilizing technical knowledge of complex building systems, components, materials and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment. Lead risk management efforts to minimize exposure and losses. Complete understanding of the concept of environmental consulting as it pertains to risk management and due diligence of commercial real estate transactions.
