Meet and collaborate with partners, local lenders, and contractors to re-develop assets into neighborhood-scaled businesses that serve the community. * In an abandoned historic 1960's furniture building, peered with a local architect to redesign the space for a kitchen and multi-use space. Then, leased the property to the Gospel group Immeasurable and their manager to operate their restaurant concept, "Immeasurable Chicken and Waffles" as a casual neighborhood eatery. * In another building on the historic "Furniture Row" of West Baltimore Street, transformed the nearly vacant building into a fully occupied multi-unit apartment building with a first-floor office space and daycare for local children. * Partnered with HBO's "The Wire" production team to film an episode in one of Muchow Group's other properties, which is now prominently featured in "The Wire's" opening sequence.
