• Ran strategic program to reduce fixed cost spend and capital requirement to handle Holiday season volume increase through development of network of temporary Q4 facilities. • Inaugural Northern KY facility had successful 2009 Holiday season, leading to standardization of program components for rollout of 3 Holiday Flex facilities in 2010. • Led startup and inaugural Holiday Season for new 600K sq. ft. fulfillment center in Breinigsville, PA for team of 15 exempt managers and 900 hourly associates. Mentored weekend shift team on process improvement, leading to over 20 weekend shift kaizens and $220K in validated financial savings on projects that management team led or participated on. • Managed 50 person picking department through '07 Holiday season, developing team to enable smooth ramp to 150+ associates during busiest week.
