Key Responsibilities • Involved in an ongoing rebrand of company. • Market Research; qualitative and quantitative. • Design and copywriting of all marketing material including: brochure, direct mail, website, special offers and social media. Programs most commonly used; Photoshop and Illustrator. • Maintaining and managing relationships with long term customers via social media, email and direct mail and at several exhibitions and conferences. • Creating and sending E-newsletters and direct e-mail shots to database for over 80,000 customers. • Web content management, research and update. The latter through using CMS. • New customer acquisition. • Improving SEO performance and increasing click through rate. • Liaising with external marketing and creative agencies as well as managing the accounts of advertisers and tourism intermediaries. • Representing the company at major Tourism exhibitions throughout the country.
Responsibilities included; liaising with clients in all areas of sales, general day-to-day maintenance, utilising specialist product knowledge, contacting suppliers, editing and developing the company’s website, creating new and monitoring existing marketing techniques, finding new solutions to drive the business forward, working individually and as a team, using ones own initiative to deal with unexpected problems.
