SHORE Solutions was established in 2005 as a consulting business for companies wanting to offshore components of their organizations. Building on our core skill of contact center management, we offered voice and BPO services in 2010. With the addition of investors in 2012, SHORE launched a key business line around IT services. SHORE is a provider of outsourcing services with a difference – we’re recognized as being highly client-focused and operationally excellent. In April 2014, SHORE was appointed by SAP, the world’s leading provider of enterprise software and services, as Value Added Reseller (VAR) of SAP-SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, a proprietary state-of-the-art, cloud-based system. SAP chose SHORE because of our strong reputation, local presence and highly experienced management team in HCM solutions and services. SHORE became a part of the Acquire BPO group in November 2014 after a 100% acquisition. The combined entities now provide a full suite of outsourcing operations for major corporations across Asia, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States, with approximately 7,000 employees across 11 locations.
