Rice Company (PNG) Limited Trading as Niugini Rice was Incorporated in Papua New Guinea on 4 June 2009 with me, Sean Bluett, as the Sole Shareholder and Sole Director, for the purpose of Acquiring Farmland for the Cultivation and Production of Rice especially in the Nadzab and Markham Region of the Morobe Province in Papua New Guinea. By 21 November 2021, The Universal House of Justice will invest equity of K1 Billion Kina ($US200 Million) for the issuance of 1 Billion Equity Shares at K1 Per Share to be Repaid in Full by way of a Fixed and Floating Charge from 21 November 2021 to 21 April 2063 at between 5% Interest Per Annum. For This Investment, The Universal House of Justice will receive 49% of the Issued Share Capital or 490,000,000 Shares Valued at K1 Each, with me, Sean Bluett, Holding 51% of the Issued Share Capital or 510,000,000 Shares Valued at K1 Each on Trust as Trustee from 21 November 2021 to 29 May 2092 with The Universal House of Justice as the Sole Beneficiary. All Nine Members of The Universal House of Justice along with Hossein Amanat, Fariborz Sabha, Fariborz Moshirian, and Phill Franklin will be allocated Seats on The Board of Directors in Return for This Investment. Niugini Rice will also be incorporated in Australia on 21 November 2021 by way of a $AUD1 Billion Hybrid Loan Repayable at 5% Per Annum from 21 November 2021 to 21 April 2063. The Share Structure of Niugini Rice in Australia will be Structured so that 1 Billion Shares will be issued at $1 Per Share with The Universal House of Justice being Issued with 490,000,000 Shares and with me, Sean Bluett, being issued with 510,000,000 Shares which I will Hold on Trust From 21 November 2021 to 29 May 2092 For The Universal House of Justice as the Sole Beneficiary.

Niugini Mekeo-NRC (PNG) Limited was incorporated in Papua New Guinea on 4 June 2009 as a Holding Company for the Purpose of Acquiring Residential and Commercial Real Estate in Port Moresby and Lae. At Present, I am The Sole Shareholder and The Sole Director of Niugini Mekeo-NRC (PNG) Limited. By 21 November 2021, The Universal House of Justice will invest equity of K1 Billion Kina ($US200 Million) for the issuance of 1 Billion Equity Shares at K1 Per Share to be Repaid in Full by way of a Fixed and Floating Charge from 21 November 2021 to 21 April 2063 at between 5% Interest Per Annum. Pacific Israel Building Limited was Incorporated in Papua New Guinea on 19 March 2009 with me, Sean Bluett, as the Sole Shareholder and Sole Director, for the purpose of Acquiring Commercial and Residential Real Estate in Port Moresby and for the Purpose of Constructing Commercial and Residential Properties in Lae, especially in the Nadzab and Markham Region of the Morobe Province in Papua New Guinea.
