Most of the time we blame others for not trusting in us or not supporting us. What I believe is rather than expecting the acceptance from other around us, you must accept yourself first. My prior HR experience at Optimistic gives me an understanding of how service industry run, what works and what doesn't. I rely on those learning’s to everyday improve and channelize myself to be a better professional and create a business that makes a difference (in the most real and basic way).
