- Organizing line critical parts for Eskişehir Ford Factory in coordination with supply and logistics teams - Controlling import documents and contacting with suppliers for necessary amendments - Tracking prototype, free-of-charge and serial production shipments coming by airway, roadway, seaway and their arrival status with carriers - Facilitating coordination between material logistics teams and customs brokerage - Checking bank information of suppliers and make payments in coordination with finance department - Regularly reviewing customs and customs-related legislations and taking necessary actions to update internal processes especially for HSCODES for the parts, Turkish Standards Institute rules, conformity rules for EU, new customs duties, necessary importation documents in accordance with current rules of trade agreements between countries (mostly EU Countries, South America, North America, China, Russia, South Korea and EFTA Countries) - Annualy calculating the performance and time of import operations and reporting to World Bank for “Doing Business Index Report” - Following international customs and trade related topics such as America-China trade war, Brexit, Greendeal etc. - Making researches and presentations on the international or national issues that can affect the company in near future such as cap-and-trade system and carbon tax, micro economic factors in Turkey etc. - Project management together with a variety of IT teams on web-based, cloud-based and blockchain systems for internal and external import processes - Monthly controlling import declarations, reporting mismatches and tracking penalties

- Customer relationship management - Order management and monthly reporting - Controlling stock level and production amount - Submitting price quotation to costumers - Managed export and logistics processes and documentation for middle east markets - Debt and credit tracking
