• Accountable in a multi-faceted role with the primary remit to establish the brand globally across 23 countries including USA, UK and Brazil markets through industry promotion and relationships with stakeholders. • Leading a team of 40 professionals on a daily basis, coaching and ensuring the team achieves all the targets whilst maintaining their morale. • Acting as a consultant to clients right from initial take-on through to on-going relationship management by regularly meeting them at their office (overseas). • Selected to lead large-scale data migration, replacing legacy on premises environment to AWS cloud. • Tracking, managing, and estimating top-down & bottom-up reviews. • Responsible for customer interactions, proposals coordination, presentation and status review meetings. • Regularly meetings with functional SMEs to understand the process and make recommendations for improvement. • Single point of contact post delivery of services, understanding the challenges and resolving those issues. • Excellent knowledge and experience in service level management and contract reviews with regards to service levels.
