I worked with my Co-founder to market our business and acquire over 30 clients during the company's first two months through online advertising and door-to-door sales. I also worked on streamlining the maintenance process which reduced the time spent per property from over one hour to under 20 minutes while adding additional features to the maintenance process. I was also able to significantly reduce the time spent on accounting by automating the majority of the invoicing process which improved customer retention and eliminated the cost of a bookkeeper.
