I am working closely with some of international companies in Turkey, to analyze IT system requirements, clients information technology needs and their resources in order to plan IT projects and fulfill clients expectations.
(Istanbul-Riyadh-Abu Dhabi-Dubai-Mali-Johannesburg) Responsible for definition and execution of demos, proof of concept, type approvals tests, field trials, and in general any New Product Introduction (NPI) activity with our customer for any new product or solution. Accountable from definition to validation / acceptance by the customer - working with mature elements of Alcatel-Lucent Access portfolio.
I was responsible to build a network environment which is consisted by virtually in three different cities. A small Data Center, Call Manager, ISE, ASA and some other servers are connected to central city, and each city/branches has switches, routers and end users. These were redundantly connected to central by GetVPN and DMVPN. This lab was built to do Security, Voice, R/S PoC and Demo for our customers.

I was responsible for coordinating and supporting the work of all trainers, instructors, regional and local academies and organizing all relations with the network of Cisco and other Netacad Academies in europe region, local and national NGOs and government bodies. Key roles within my employment included overseeing several CSR projects, managing the budget of IT projects, finding funds and support the relations with the trainers, instructors and assists with the coordination of their work at the local level and reporting all activities and financial budget of the project regularly to all project partners and stakeholders. This project was one of the longest and most popular CSR project of Cisco-Netacad in the region. Project partners are namely Cisco Turkey, UNDP, and Habitat Center for Development and Governance. The project still aims to increase the number of ICT literates mainly among disadvantaged young people and to create employment opportunities for them to get actively involved in e-governance mechanisms in the country. Project expanded during my management from pilot stage to 120 young trainer of ITE from 32 cities and 10 young trainer of CCNA from 5 cities.
