Serena Castelda

Ms. Castelda has led Thinkblot Behavioral Sciences since its founding in 2013. As CEO of Thinkblot, she helps customers overcome challenges associated with selecting, retaining, and optimizing talent in high stakes environments.  With her leadership, Thinkblot has expanded it’s reach to local law enforcement agencies, large private industrial contractors supporting the federal government and private security firms in the DMV.  She brings patience, responsiveness and adaptability to each customer who puts their faith in Thinkblot’s services.  She maintains strong relationships with customers and works hard to provide specialized services knowing each organization has unique needs. She continues to oversee and expand business operations, lead project management and grow and develop Thinkblot’s professional staff.
