Achievements: • The stabilization of the product releases and SLA due to successful applying agile software development methods to the existing process; • Successful development of the product iMind (imind.com) made the company a leader of providers of videoconferencing solutions in Russia.

Core responsibilities and functions: • Gathering requirements and their analysis on customer side (Deutsche Telekom; Germany; Bonn, Berlin); • Technical project planning by stages and its assessment; • Development and working on customer approval of technical design specifications based on requirements and accepted architecture; • Resource management, conflict situation solving, team encouragement for a high productivity; • Architectural decision making, management to create an application from scratch; • Control, management and solving of technical issues during development; • Management of team up to 10 members; • Management of development and supporting of product modules; Achievements: • I have managed a number of projects using agile development methodology – Scrum; • The most significant of those was (greater than 300 man-days): Development and integration of offline system to control and planning of the FTTH technology’s equipment. The system replaced an outdated legacy one.

Core responsibilities and functions: • Design and development of new product modules using different languages and technologies; • Coverage of legacy code by Unit tests; • Development of technical design specifications, use-case diagrams; • Development of demo applications in a short time; • Consulting and integration of product modules in a specific environment of different customers; • Training and supervision of newly hired employees; Achievements: • Successful completion of a number of product modules, followed by the commissioning; • As a result of quick and quality preparation of demo application new customer has been attracted; • Knowledge of the full cycle of software development using different development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Core responsibilities and functions: • Supporting of product modules that are developed in different languages and technologies; • Creating technical documentation (in English); • Development of new functional elements of product modules; • Project configuration and development of modules for particular customers; • Training students in company’s courses: “Java theory and practice for developers”; Achievements: • Broad work experience and improving knowledge of various languages and technologies; • Significant improvement in the level of English; • Successful support and elaboration of product modules.
