➢ Responsible for scheduling all the raw material purchase orders using GIGO like ERP, according supplier lead time based and master production plan (MPS). ➢ Responsible to elaborate and follow up monthly raw material budget. ➢ Attend all the ERP exceptions messages (pull in, pull out and cancel) according the daily, weekly, and monthly customer demand. ➢ Follow up to all purchase orders for raw material with domestics and overseas suppliers (MX-USA-CN-UH, GER). ➢ Responsible to maintain updated the ERP purchasing parameters to improve our Delivery (OTD) and minimize inventory levels. ➢ Responsible to assure all the raw material were received into the system attending the accounts payable requirements to pay according supplier terms. ➢Responsible to provide shipping documents to import & export department to avoid delays in raw material receiving date. ➢ Responsible to provide forecast information to supplier ➢ Responsible to review and improve raw material cost reduction with suppliers (kaizen) ➢ Support engineering and quality departments to improve and evaluate raw material (ECO, ECN, RTV and RMA). ➢ Responsible to collect data information to prepare reports for operations meetings and present recommendations for continuous improvement (ECO, ECN, cost, quality, and delivery.) ➢ Arrange and participate in supplier’s and customer audits visits as a part of the Quality Control system audits. (ISO & TS 16949 certifications). ➢ Responsible to prepare monthly production plan according customer requirements, this plan also was divided in weekly and daily basis to procure raw material and kits according internal supply chain to achieve our monthly production and shipment goals.

Activities & responsibilities:  Responsible for scheduling all raw material purchase orders using GLOVIA G2 like ERP, according supplier lead time based and master production plan (MPS)  Attend all the ERP exceptions messages (pull in, pull out and cancel) according the demand  Follow up to all purchasing orders for raw material with domestics and international suppliers (MX-USA-CN-UH, GR, and KR).  Responsible for the purchasing parameters are maintained to improve supplier On Time Delivery (OTD) and minimize inventory levels.  Support engineering and quality to improve and evaluate raw material (ECO, ECN, RTV and RMA)  Collect data and prepare reports for day to day operations and present recommendations for continuous improvement (cost, quality and delivery.)  Require and participate on supplier visit as part of (QC raw material evaluation) the qualification system audits  Responsible to prepare monthly production plan according customer requirements, this plan also was divided in weekly and daily basis to procure raw material and kits according internal supply chain to achieve our monthly production and shipment goals. This activities was performed following ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 environmental (Certs) policies

Activities & responsibilities:  Responsible for scheduling raw material requirements using IPS like ERP, according the master production schedule (MPS).  Elaboration and follow up to purchasing orders for packaging material with internal and international vendors (MX-USA-CAN)  Responsible to prepare monthly production plan according customer requirements, this plan also was divided in weekly and daily basis to procure raw material and kits according internal supply chain to achieve our monthly production and shipment goals.  Responsible to send implementation dates on engineering changes and introduction of new products Responsible to inform to all Japanese and Mexican staff daily results of production plan  Responsible to elaborate and present 4 month forecast information to the management based on corporate sales  Coordinate the finished goods shipments to distribution centers located in Ciudad Juarez CHI, Silao GTO in México and Texas USA.
