Performed a broad range of financial and project management activities related to construction of 14-storied hospital with BDT 1.20 billion capital budget; worked with multiple teams to support and maintain proposal and execution budgets and track variance to budget; performed project level analysis of cost and schedule variances with root cause analysis and problem solving or risk/opportunity identification. Extracted data and compiled performance reports while assisting with preparing variance analyses; reconciled data from multiple sources and performing general support of financial statements forecasts; supported full cycle project accounting for assigned projects depending on their stage in the life cycle (which included proposal development, implementation and execution through to contract closure).
