Key Responsibilities • Handle CSR activity planning & implementation across the defined area of working. • Design financial plans for organization & structure annual operational budget for controlling expenses within defined limits. • Managed healthy and professional relationship with media partners at District and state level to get thinks in favour of our organization. • Grant Management for CSR Activities • IR and Liaison with other local CSOs, NGOs, GOs and key stakeholders at the district and State level. • Monitor & evaluate the programme project with set targets. • Represent Industry and the CSR-activities in important forums to share lessons learned and best practices. • Recruit professionals in match with business plans & its roll out program & providing technical guidance to team. • Define the quality system for activity & ensure its adherence in activities done.
