 Working as a Principal for Skill based livelihood project SEDI (Skill and Entrepreneurship Development institute Farakka)  Responsible for Institute Management, Fundraising and Liasoning/Public Relation, Team Management  Management of SEDI for its effective & smooth functioning.  Ensure appropriate documentation and reporting as required for effective monitoring and utilization of budgets.  Identify the training needs and capacity building of team members including the faculty at SEDI. Create linkages for training support. Liaison with internal & external vendors/ agencies as required.  Responsible for Annual Skill training calendar and Annual budget preparation for the skill set required in market as per gainful employment with more and equal to minimum wages of the state ,Coordinated TOT of trainers on training delivery mechanism.  Responsible for the mobilization of right candidate as per their attitude and aptitude for the skill training and placement for the same.  Mobilized fund from NTPC Limited, Castrol India, Godrej Saloni, NBCFDC, RPL PMKVY and DDGKVY for Skill training.  Established liaison with Government Administrative for the support for Skill based livelihood projects.  Responsible for MIS, MPR, and Reports for skilled based livelihood project.
