Have been instrumental in preparing various Guidelines like Virtual network operators in India, Machine to Machine communication (M2M), Public protection and disaster relief (PPDR) etc. Prepared consultation papers on M2M/IoT, PPDR etc. Nominated as an Expert in South Asia Telecom regulators Council, representing India in the Policy, licensing and Regulations working Group. As the Lead Expert for the work item “Protection of telecom consumers in the SATRC countires” submitted a report on the same in the SATRC council meeting in Oct 2016. Nominated as the expert representing India in the working group on spectrum under the aegis of South Asian Telecom Regulators Council for the period 2017-18.
