I am handling end to end operations of the company ranging from government registrations and company licensing for exports and imports of different products, market research, sales and marketing, procurement, packaging, logistics, financial accounting, to banking. I have developed and nurtured excellent network of commission agents in major Middle Eastern and African markets. I oversee and execute every process right from locating vendors to negotiating the pricing and payments terms, working with CFAs and logistic firms, with until our shipment reaches the destination port or client warehouse.
