Building and expanding Tesla’s in-house Li-Ion Dry Electrode Manufacturing in Austin, TX. Recruiting talent and developing core operations team for electrode manufacturing to include production, quality, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, controls and maintenance expertise. Responsible for strategic and tactical scale up and delivery of world class electrodes to Tesla's Li-Ion dry cell manufacturing process in GigaTexas. Provide hands-on support, leadership, and direction to ensure production forecasts are delivered safely. Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing deliverables (i.e. safety, delivery, quality, yield, cost) while bringing first-in-the-world equipment, process, and product to mass scale at GigaTexas.
