Global leader for supply chain strategy, spend, risk management and manufacturing footprint consolidation Led transformation of fragmented direct material supply base through spend consolidation across key categories with 12 preferred suppliers on global supply agreements. Conceptualized and directed the rooftop consolidation strategy for a £100M manufacturing facility creating a machining COE across 3 product lines and 4 business units delivering 18% IRR over 3 years.

Led $500M multi-site integrated supply chain operation with manufacturing, procurement & logistics responsibility Launched the Contract Manufacturing Operations Center, a complex manufacturing operation comprising 3 production facilities delivering OEM end items and aftermarket repair services. Led cross functional teams in value stream mapping workshops to re-engineer end-end business processes resulting in a lean operating model integrating 2 CMs with minimal disruption to customers. Delivered transformational objectives including 7% annual contractual reduction in conversion cost, rationalization of 350+ direct material suppliers, and 16% reduction in working capital.

Led end-end operations & supply chain infrastructure scaling to support OEM customer deliverables in China. Key responsibilities included joint venture (JV) stand up, development of aerospace approved suppliers, new product development, and subcontract manufacturing. Implemented a comprehensive Management Operating System (MOS) across US and China to deliver supply chain cost targets and achieve >95% fidelity on OEM development program milestones. Launched greenfield aftermarket distribution (105K SKUs) including demand planning, procurement, inbound/outbound logistics and warehousing to deliver best-in-class service for regional customers. Expanded organizational capability and cost out optimization to meet and exceed profit targets across distribution, supply chain and logistics while developing back office operations in cost effective regions. Implemented and led Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (S&OP) process driving ownership and collaboration resulting in annual revenue growth of 67% while reducing distribution cost to serve by 44%. Championed operational excellence and continuous improvement programs resulting in customer on-time delivery improvement from 40% to 93% with a 50% increase in inventory turns.
