Celare Cyber Systems is subsidiary of BATM Advanced Communications group providing innovative cyber security and network analysis solutions in the fields of: • DPI based classification engines and encrypted traffic analysis. • Reversing platforms, network behavior analysis and application profiling. • Secured ultra-high speed layer-2 network Encryptors, cloud gateway. • Hybrid virtualization platform, micro VMs and virtualized containers. In my current role as a CTO I’m responsible for leading, designing and initiating all product lines, strategy, roadmap, architecture, innovation and channel relationships from technical and business perspectives. Cyber, Big Data and Intelligence systems specialist. Responsible for all technical aspects, product management, innovations and business development. I was in charge to establish new lines of business as part of Oracle’s center of excellence strategic plan, reporting directly to Oracle’s CEO in Israel. I've succeeded to establish new cyber LOB globally (on behalf of Oracle HQ) by leverage existing Oracle products with innovative technologies from evolving startups, partners and academy cooperation. I was responsible for all sales opportunities, product management, business development, VC channels and coordinate between sales units, presales and technical teams. I played a key role in selling five Oracle big data platforms in one year to different sectors: utilities, finance, academy while executing all the required marketing activities: ongoing PR’s, conferences, events and media relations.

As a senior department manager in the Intelligence and Land divisions, I was responsible for managing a number of multidisciplinary technical teams: • Database: designing, developing and deploying database infrastructure for strategic projects. • BI: near real-time business intelligence solutions. • OSINT/WEBINT: open-source intelligence solutions to collect valuable information from huge number of public data sources and produce actionable intelligence. • Big Data: Innovative solutions for mass-collection analysis using early adoption of big data frameworks and technologies. • Data Mining: Behavior analysis and anomaly detection solutions based on sensors data collection combined with historical data. From business perspective, I was involved in all sales opportunities: presale and upsell activities, presentations, demos, POC’s, technical and financial proposals, coordinating between the technical teams and business units, finding new channels and strategic partners.

As an R&D manager with specific expertise in database systems, infrastructure and architecture design, I was responsible to design and develop a new document management system to one of the leading insurance company in Israel. The project includes complex migration processes: merged functional requirements, bi-directional data movement, UI improvement, co-existence systems, maintenance plan, disaster recovery etc.
