Shaun is the Group Chief Operating Officer and joined Baldwins back in 2007 after a very successful career in banking and has a strong and demonstratable track record in Corporate Finance transactions. He has been responsible for leading the Corporate Finance function and driving the acquisition strategy for the group; he has been been critically involved in all aspects from identifying, negotiating possible transaction to successful completion and implementation and has personally led and developed a specialist team to help him deliver these results. This has directly resulted in the group growing from 6 offices and 100 staff to nearly 100 offices and over 3000 staff in a 6-7 year period, completing on over 80 acquisitions of various sizes across the UK. As well as having critical involvement in the overall group strategy, Shaun’s direct responsibilities include HR, Marketing, IT & Operations and additionally he continues to have groupwide responsibility for the National Corporate Finance team and also oversees the Restructuring & Insolvency and Banking & Finance service line departments as well as a number of the UK Regions and our International offering.
