Empowering business organisations in their transformational AI adoption journey. I was the deep learning SME for the SE APJ team. Developed solutions based on deep learning technologies and created internal assets and capabilities. Developed and implemented a range of analytical and machine learning models utilising customer data to provide insights, predictions and implement end-to-end data science solutions within the Dataiku platform. Lead validation and implementation of technical requirements with customers ensuring smooth deployment of solutions, working with the R&D & Operations.

I was Accenture’s computer vison SME. My responsibilities range from understanding client business problems and conceptualising end to end data science solutions and its implementation. Also, I closely work with the business development team and contribute to a broad range of BD activities such as meeting prospective clients, BD proposals, RFP response, BQ writings, building POCs etc. Some of my key projects are, Automated field work audit verification system using computer vision for telecom, OCR for handwritten Japanese and Thai language for banking, Coral reef health analysis using underwater camera for Sulubaai Foundation, Philippines, Flare detection for oil and gas, Automatic mapping and tracking from CCTV camera footage to floor plan.

Core research in AI and incorporating Artificial Intelligence & Robotics into Automotive manufacturing operations, cutting down cost of production and figuring out optimised parameters for production, using deep learning, machine learning, predictive analytics, computer vision and Robotics. Building smart factories by developing automated circuit checking using Robots, automatic crack detection of products and lane control using Robots, Intelligent Character recognition systems OCR which performs automatic digitisation of handwritten factory inspection data, automatic defect detection systems using digital signal processing and machine learning, silicon wafer defect counting from images using deep learning object detection, object segmentation algorithms.

Improving business effectiveness using predictive analytics. Building predictive lead scoring using machine learning for Sales. Building dashboards, reports and charts using Salesforce.

Hands on in machine learning algorithm such as Regression in detecting the data outliers. Expertise in using tools such as Hive, Python and PostgreSQL in creating useful reports, charts and dashboards. Hands on in data analysis by working across various teams and product managers to design and execute special case studies and carry out data analysis focused on specific problems or programs. Generating insights for Product and Growth teams by analyzing A/B tests and experiments data. Analyzing content consumption data to help Content Marketing teams identify which shows perform well on Viki. Carry out data analysis on click through rates, usage of Viki apps and user retention to figure out possible optimization and strategies that can improve business.

Responsible for analyzing the traffic data and building a learning model to detect unexpected incidents such as traffic jam, accidents etc on the road. This project is one of its kind, I was responsible to handle Terabytes of Data to be extracted using PostgreSQL from Amazon Redshift, and processing it with Apache Spark Data processing done using Apache Spark in distributed environment using Amazon EMR 4.0. Topic modelling algorithms and bayesian algorithms are also used to implement the prediction model.

Spearheaded the end-to-end development of enterprise-grade Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems. Architected high-volume telephony solutions for major US fortune 500 clients, spanning Logistics, Fintech, and Customer Service sectors. Managed the full project lifecycle, from comprehensive requirements analysis and effort estimation to precise development, rigorous testing, and system maintenance.Facilitated high-level client communication, ensuring technical deliverables aligned perfectly with business needs.
