The agency employed consumer research, along with internal insights from marketing and finance, to develop a fresh creative and marketing approach that brought renewed relevance to consumers and drove top-line sales. Jamba Juice was successfully sold to Focus Brands. Citrus won several awards for creative and public relations efforts. Cheddars Scratch Kitchen – Citrus engaged to develop an integrated marketing plan to quickly bring to life the company’s investment in the new name – Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen. By repositioning the brand’s attributes, we beat typical casual dining industry benchmarks. Not only did the agency successfully navigate the brand repositioning but over-delivered sales goals for corporate and private equity stakeholders. The marketing plans paid off the investment and enabled the company to sell to Darden Industries for $756M with 140 locations.
