Maintain constant vigilance over operating/overhead costs. -Bill, post and follow up on all medical claims with knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10 and CPT coding. -Responsible for renewing and maintaining records for physician’s federal and state licensures and certifications (e.g. DEA, state medical license, malpractice insurance, board certification) -Meeting and event planning; Plan, produce, promote and coordinate annual client party with over 300 attendees -Manage all marketing of practice including social media, email marketing, writing and publishing blogs, writing and distributing press releases, working with advertising reps for local media outlets -Create monthly product specials and promote through social media and email marketing -Develop, write and design all practice materials and handouts including new patient paperwork, consent forms, post-surgical instructions, brochures and in-office signage.
