I assumed the role of Senior Recruiter and Trainer. I develop a pool of qualified candidates to fulfill requirements by using sourcing strategies such as passive candidate sourcing, leveraging assigned sources, and employing individual methodologies to source candidates via social media. My job duties include, conducting preliminary phone interviews/screens with selected candidates to further validate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements using behavioral-based interview techniques. In addition, I collaborate with the Agency Owners to determine appropriate sourcing strategy for localized recruiting efforts, and source potential buyers for agencies, as required.
