Developed and managed 70-80 client accounts per year while coollaborating with curriculum specialists and marketing teams to execute customer acquisition/retention campaigns. My efforts resulted in a 100% sales-goal achievement (¥ 300,000) per campaign for three, consecutive marketing campaigns.
As both owner and strategy consultant, I managed project launch and P&L of an international after-school language program with $200,000 in 12-weeks. My responsibilities also included supervision of tactical execution of website design, product placement/information across digital channels in order to drive growth throughout the US and Japan. As a mental-health provider, I managed the therapeutic interventions for Hispanic clients ages 5 – 15yrs of age. I also assisted case workers as a Spanish interpreter during client diagnostic assessments and developed new employee-training workshops in order to increase efficiency in HIPPA compliance.
