1. Leadership & Administration Assist the Region Head in overseeing the functioning of Saturday Clubs within the region. Ensure smooth coordination between local clubs, volunteers, and the central leadership. Represent the Region Head in their absence and make key decisions when required. 2. Club Development & Expansion Support the establishment of new Saturday Clubs in underserved areas. Monitor the performance of existing clubs and suggest improvements. Conduct regular meetings with club leaders to ensure alignment with the trust’s mission. 3. Volunteer & Team Management Help recruit, train, and mentor volunteers and club leaders. Foster teamwork and ensure volunteers are motivated and engaged. Address concerns and conflicts within the regional teams. 4. Program Implementation & Monitoring Ensure that all clubs follow the Saturday Club curriculum and guidelines. Track program effectiveness and collect feedback for improvement. Organize regional events, workshops, and awareness campaigns. 5. Communication & Reporting Act as a liaison between local clubs and the central leadership. Prepare and submit periodic reports on club activities, challenges, and achievements. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders (parents, schools, NGOs, etc.). 6. Fundraising & Community Engagement Assist in fundraising initiatives to support regional operations. Build partnerships with local organizations, schools, and sponsors. Promote the trust’s mission through community outreach programs. 7. Compliance & Governance Ensure all clubs adhere to the trust’s policies and legal requirements. Maintain records of club activities, finances, and volunteer participation. Uphold child safety and ethical guidelines in all programs.
