Bringing emerging women leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) from the Middle East and Africa to the United States for a professional mentorship and exchange program. Professional mentor to emerging leaders from Tunisia, Palestine, Lebanon, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Morocco, Rwanda, Kenya and more. Participated as a professional mentor working with emerging leaders from Kenya.

Program manager within the HP’s networking business unit. Responsible for a periodic software release that involve offices in different locations and various teams internationally. Teams composed 6-18 people. - Program managed a worldwide team of 90 R&D, test, support, marketing, supply chain and finance members through the Development life cycle to deliver a new SW/HW product to market, with an investment level of $6M and product revenues in excess of $100M - Program managed an 80 person, worldwide cross-functional team to refresh multiple networking products with market leading, differentiated technology to market within schedule and within budget. - Developed schedules using MS Project, proactively identified critical path activities and resolved resourcing & technical issues to keep program on track. Used the MS Office suite to capture meeting minutes, issues and risks as well as maintain tight communication between team members located in multiple time zones. - Developed, implemented and maintained the governance process for tracking software requirements from definition through planning, coding, integration, code review, testing until delivery. - A lead instructor in a PMP certification preparations course in HP.

Responsible for a portfolio of projects that involve offices in different locations and various teams internationally. Teams composed 6-12 people. - Program managed a worldwide team of 50 people to deliver the implementation project of video system solutions to support the maintenance of train fleets in North America with an investment level of $1M. Found missed revenues by reconciling contract and financial reports ($200,000). - Implemented IT projects such as Electronic Data Interchange – EDI. Reduced costs to produce interactive transactions included in the operation processes and improved the reuse and exchange of information with customers. - Implemented a Web portal for the enterprise knowledge base, for American contracts. This allowed exchanges of expertise within the company and reduced the costs of customer support maintenance process. - Implemented a Web portal product information system, automating the publication of hundreds of interactive manuals’ pages and training presentations in a Web format, required for many contracts

In charge of the quality procedures implementation in the business line different offices. The main focus is on business processes improvement. - Led the company KPIs that were defined by the managers and tracked them on a quarterly basis. Tracked suggestions and improvements suggested in the quarterly management review. - Implemented management review process. On a quarterly basis presented teams and projects results to stakeholders/VPs/Directors of the business and obtained buy-in on future plans/programs. - Conceived and implemented the quality management system throughout the different offices using the company portal. This created a centralized location for all information regarding the company quality including: procedures, work instructions, audits results and reports, KPI tracking and more. - Implemented the ISO 9001 certification in the Montreal office. - Conducted internal and external audits (ISO processes and certification audits). - Led suppliers’ audits (e.g. Bombardier supplier audit in Europe). - Applied Lesson learning methodology within the company and with customers.

Manage one of the Company’s largest R&D group (30 employees) responsible for the development of a flagship product of the company's Security Division. Lead the product life cycle, including the design, development and release of generic versions as a basis for the next generation of the product. - Provided ongoing support of existing installations in approximately 30 countries worldwide, requiring a high level of customization. - Fixed bugs and managed the quality program. - Involved in the development of a wide range of technologies and solutions including user-Interface applications, Database, Digital Signature, and more. This technology and solution brought a strong product to enhance the customer need for security projects. - Demonstrated efficiency and effectiveness in managing projects, effectively cutting back many weeks in development.

Act as a Project Manager of a large-scale technology intensive, multi-server system for government agencies - within the R&D teams. Manage generic version development and delivery. This role required matrix-type management of professional groups not under my direct authority. Manage a team of Beta-site project managers (4 people). - Handled logistical matters, initiated projects and ensured adherence to timetables. - Assumed overall responsibility for leading existing and future product versions for projects valued at millions of dollars. - Implemented an integrated project management tool using Microsoft Project Server. - Optimized time capture for projects, resource leveling and production of status reports.
