Bombardier is part of the LAX Integrated Express Solutions (LINXS) joint venture which is selected as the developer and operator of the Automated People Mover (APM) at LAX airport. The LINXS team is contracted to design, build, finance, operate and maintain Los Angeles' largest public-private partnership. As a Project Manager within the LINXS organization, I am responsible for leading a team with diverce skillset to execute and deliver APM vehicles and systems subcontract. APM subcontractact valued at $220M includes scope of design, development, procurement, on-site integration and commissioning of the vehicles and wayside systems. The Automated People Mover at LAX is the centerpiece of Los Angeles World Airports' Landside Access Modernization Program (LAMP). The 2.25-mile, elevated guideway APM system will deliver passengers between LAX and new offsite parking, car rental and transit facilities.
