Expanding my knowledge working on customers from all over Europe including Italy, nordics and Spain. Working directly with fashion designers and brands on collabs with licensors. Bringing to life there vision through my technical knowledge of construction and printing methods, along side creating technical cads for a variety of products from the designers initial sketch. Working with brands to create in house collections for the US and European market. Developing research and presentation skills to produce trend and shop reports to a high standard. Mentoring colleges to develop design and research skills as well as organising my own and others workload. Working remotely for a European company and ensuring clear and constant communication to hit dead lines. Creating complex tech packs for a variety of products including daywear, night wear and acessories. Juggling multiple customers and markets creating commercial but innovative designs for mens, ladies, boy and girls as well as unisex collections.
