I work as a trusted advisor in executing the strategy. Engaging in the formulation, planning, and implementation of the corporate strategy, I develop, prepare, and follow up on strategic plans. This includes initiating and driving short-term and long-term improvement projects. I work closely with business owners and our senior leadership to make sure we are maintaining the right direction, motivation and results across the organization. I succeed with this by leading: - continuous implementation of the corporate strategy - integration of strategic priorities in our corporate processes and follow-up - change management initiatives to make it easy and motivating for all employees to succeed in their job strategic projects together with people from multiple parts of the broader organization I am a unique problem solver and pragmatist, who work tightly together with colleagues across projects to make sure that we bring the strategy to life. This requires a holistic business and organizational understanding, a personal drive for engaging with people to make them succeed, and an excitement for both the hands-on and analytical aspects of strategy implementation.
