I am currently responsible for ensuring effective implementation of a Project called " Families First" in a capital district of Jharkhand. This project is funded by an international organization called Hopes and Home for Children. The major work component conducted through my position- 1. System Strengthening at district level in the domain of child protection through strong networking and liasoning. 2. Provide technical support to the govt and non govt stakeholders for ensuring better implementation of the components of JJ act and ICPS at district, CCI and community level. 3. Support the Community through different approaches to ensure gate keeping mechanism for building Child Friendly Community. 4. Support senior management team for developing process documentation, program planning, and decision making in aspect of implementation of the program. 5. Create strong visibility and networking with govt stakeholders for working together on the issues of child protection. 6. Conduct advocacy for bringing positive changes in Care Reform at district level. 7. Team management, supportive supervision, regular field visit, prepare monthly reports, CCI case management and innovations are the integral part of my role.

I am currently responsible for ensuring effective implementation of a Project called " Families First" in a tribal dominated district, Jharkhand. This project is funded by an international organisation called Hopes and Home for Children. This project demands to create Child Friendly Community at the grass root level so that child protection can be ensured at the beginning stage. This project is also talking about ensuring awareness on Alternative Care and strengthen government system in the field of child protection for better implementation of Juvenile Justice Act and ICPS scheme. This project is also demanding an innovative work on " Deinstitulisation" of children from CCIs through effective family restoration seeking in the ground of best interest of the children. As a District Coordinator my role is to manage my field staffs for ensuring community level work, conducting meetings with Government stakeholders in all levels, make plans and implementation process with state team of the project, track budget line as per plans, provide training to different stakeholders, documentation, managing district level MIS and overall monitoring and evaluation as per project indicators.
