Partner with Regional Manager to ensure a regional strategy by integrating business, sales, technology, and operations into one scalable plan. This also requires partnership with Regional Director of Sales/Client Services and Regional VP of Technology. Partner and collaborate with the Regional Director of Sales in supporting strategic opportunities and align the required operations team and delivery support for existing/new customers. Overall leadership of Revenue/Cost forecast tracking and monitoring at the Region and portfolio levels, ensuring accountability of Sales Teams as well. Understand risks and work on mitigation/recovery plans with the portfolios to ensure targets are met Set up effective and efficient governance teams for each portfolio in the region according to their business models, areas of focus, domain expertise, clients, needs, and projection to ensure delivery and execution downstreams. Work with the VP OPS in the different portfolios to plan and execute the capacity and coverage for the mid and long-term needs. Align with VPTech to form solid account teams between Sales/Tech/Delivery and ensure stability over time of account teams. Liaison between regional business and operating needs with the rest of the organizational structure/areas establishing appropriate communication channels and developing customized models to ensure efficiency and delivery; fit regional structure into the bigger organization committing to deliver company KPIs. Lead VPD and DD, supporting on account operations and working actively on the career development; coach and mentor where applicable; promote and foster teamwork (between VPD, DD and Tech counterparts).
