Now working out of an Oxford based head office, they have grown to provide a complete range of 3D survey and visualisation, construction and industrial roofing services across the U.K. SIAD gets involved right from the beginning of a project, providing digital site surveys, 3D Laser scanning/modelling, 2D/3D building designs and planning applications. They also organise planning conditions and pre-commencement works, such as geotechnical/structural surveys and associated archaeological works, if required. SIAD has an experienced team committed to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, customer care and health and safety. The company also operate an experienced industrial roofing division, which specialises in the removal, replacement, cleaning and encapsulation of asbestos cement bonded roofing and cladding materials. Works typically carried out in house are site management/supervision, asbestos removal/cleaning, asbestos encapsulation, demolition, groundworks and new builds, as well as over-site infrastructure including concrete surfacing, foul/storm drainage, roofing & cladding, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
